The centralized industrial gas supply project at Wuzhou Jingsheng Haiwan Gas Park, co-invested by LifenGas, has entered its final installation stage, with commercial operation scheduled for August 2026. Located in the Wuzhou Circular Economy Industrial Park in Guangxi, the project is the park’s first exclusive concession-based centralized industrial gas supply facility, representing a significant upgrade to its energy infrastructure.
As one of China’s National Green Industrial Demonstration Bases, the park is a major hub for non-ferrous metal recycling and processing, creating strong demand for industrial gases such as oxygen and nitrogen. To improve supply reliability and reduce operating costs, the project adopts a centralized pipeline gas supply system, replacing the original standalone air separation solution. LifenGas has been granted a 20-year exclusive operating concession for the park’s industrial gas pipeline network.
The project is jointly developed by LifenGas, its original shareholders, and Wuzhou Lingang Investment Development Group Co., Ltd. Through this partnership, the supporting pipeline network is being constructed while integrating resources from all parties to ensure efficient project delivery.
All major regulatory approvals have been completed, core equipment has arrived on site, and civil construction is nearing completion. Meanwhile, key customers—including Jingsheng Copper, Xinshengda, and Xinghua—have signed letters of intent for gas supply, providing a solid foundation for future operations.
Beyond centralized gas supply, LifenGas is also exploring opportunities for waste heat recovery, centralized steam supply, and green energy solutions such as photovoltaic power generation to further improve energy efficiency and support low-carbon industrial development.
Upon commissioning, the project will provide stable, high-purity pipeline oxygen and nitrogen to enterprises across the park, strengthening regional energy security and supporting the sustainable development of the circular economy and non-ferrous metals industry.
