Highlights:
1、Final Acceptance Completed: LifenGas has successfully completed the final acceptance of its 1,000 Nm³/h argon off-gas recovery project in White, Georgia, with all key operating parameters meeting the design specifications.
2、Reliable Performance Validated: The system demonstrated stable and reliable performance during commissioning, validating LifenGas’ argon recovery technology and project execution capabilities.
3、Strengthening U.S. Market Presence: As a flagship project marking LifenGas’ entry into the U.S. market, the project lays a strong foundation for the company’s continued expansion in North America.
Marking a significant milestone in LifenGas’ entry into the U.S. market, LifenGas delivered a 1,000 Nm³/h argon off-gas recovery solution for a photovoltaic manufacturing facility in White, Georgia, operated by a leading Korean conglomerate. The project is designed to improve argon resource utilization while reducing the facility’s reliance on externally purchased argon.
The project was officially launched in 2023, with equipment delivery completed in 2024. Throughout the implementation process, the LifenGas technical team provided full-cycle, on-site support, covering installation guidance, field supervision, and system commissioning. This ensured a smooth first-time start-up and laid a solid foundation for the system’s reliable operation.
The project has now successfully completed the final acceptance and is preparing to enter official production. During the commissioning phase, the system demonstrated stable and reliable performance, with all key operating parameters meeting the design specifications. The results further validate the technical reliability of LifenGas’ argon recovery system and its project execution capabilities.
By recovering and reusing argon from the photovoltaic manufacturing process, the system can effectively reduce the customer’s demand for externally purchased argon, enabling more efficient utilization of argon resources and tighter control over production gas costs. At the same time, argon recycling contributes to improved resource efficiency and supports the development of more sustainable photovoltaic manufacturing operations.
As an important project marking LifenGas’ entry into the U.S. market, its successful completion demonstrates the company’s capabilities in argon recovery, gas recycling, and large-scale industrial gas engineering. It also establishes a strong foundation for LifenGas’ continued expansion across the North American market.
Moving forward, LifenGas will continue to provide efficient and reliable gas recovery and recycling solutions for advanced manufacturing industries, including photovoltaics and semiconductors. Through continuous technological innovation, LifenGas is committed to improving gas resource efficiency and helping customers achieve greater cost efficiency and sustainable development.
