- 1.The Boda 800 Nm³/h Argon Recovery System has entered commercial operation and is supplying high-purity argon steadily.
- 2.The project recovers argon from exhaust gas, reducing operating costs.
- 3.The project supports sustainable development and improves resource efficiency.
Recently, LifenGas has successfully completed the commissioning and gas supply of the Boda 800 Nm³/h Argon Recovery System. The system has officially entered operation and is now supplying high-purity argon stably to the single-crystal production workshop. This marks the achievement of all design objectives and the successful commencement of commercial operation.
Once installation was complete and the site was ready for commissioning, our commissioning team promptly mobilized and efficiently carried out a series of critical procedures, including pipeline purging, instrument calibration, interlock testing, cold commissioning, and integrated system trial runs. Throughout the process, the team strictly followed operating procedures and carefully controlled process parameters, ensuring full implementation of all safety measures and achieving a successful, well-controlled first start-up.
During the continuous trial run of the main unit, our operation and maintenance team provided full technical support to ensure stable performance. The system operated safely and reliably for five consecutive days, maintaining stable operating conditions and showing excellent performance. Laboratory testing confirmed that the produced high-purity argon met all design specifications and application standards in terms of purity and quality. After the trial, the system supplied gas to the single-crystal workshop for two consecutive days. The workshop reported normal operation and gave positive feedback, further confirming the system’s reliability and gas quality.
With the successful commissioning of the Boda 800 Nm³/h Argon Recovery System, argon contained in the exhaust gas from the single-crystal production process can now be effectively recovered and recycled, turning waste into valuable resources. This greatly reduces the need to purchase high-purity argon from external sources, cutting raw material costs and improving resource efficiency.
The successful operation of this project provides new momentum for the client’s green and low-carbon transformation, enhancing both sustainability and economic performance. It also demonstrates our company’s strong technical and engineering service capabilities in the fields of industrial gas recovery, energy conservation, and environmental protection.
