Rare gases such as krypton and xenon have high value in many applications, but their composition in the air is very low and generally difficult to produce directly. The krypton xenon purification equipment developed by our company is based on a large air separation unit and also uses the principle of cryogenic rectification to transport the raw material LOX containing a very small amount of krypton xenon to the fractionation column for adsorption and rectification through the cryogenic LOX pump boosting. Finally, the by-product LOX obtained in the upper part of the column can be reused according to demand, and concentrated crude krypton xenon is obtained at the bottom of the column.
Krypton xenon purification is, on the basis of a rough one, obtained using a cryogenic LOX pump, reactor, purifier, fractionation column, and other equipment. The crude krypton xenon concentrate is then processed through pressurization, catalytic reaction, adsorption purification, heat exchange, rectification, and other processes, and finally, at the bottom of the pure krypton-xenon rectification column, high-purity liquid krypton is obtained. After vaporization, through a high-pressure filling system developed by our company, krypton and xenon can be directly filled in the bottle for use.
Krypton gas has a particularly low content in the air—only one part per million—and is a rare gas. Meanwhile, because krypton gas is chemically very inactive, it is also an inert gas. The same goes for xenon. These two rare gases are widely used in the medical, chip manufacturing, and point-light source industries. The purification of these two gases has great economic and scientific research value.

The equipment extraction rate of pure krypton and pure xenon has exceeded 91%, which can help users fully recover and extract krypton gas and xenon, and its process flow and equipment performance have reached the international advanced level.
By continuously optimizing the device process, making full use of the heat of the high-temperature medium, and using high-performance stand-alone equipment, the energy consumption of the whole system is also constantly decreasing, and the technical and economic indicators have reached the international advanced level.
