LifenGas is proud to announce the successful commissioning of a VPSA oxygen generation system for Deli-JW Glassware Co., Ltd. in Pakistan. The project has now entered stable operation, with all performance indicators meeting or exceeding design expectations. This marks another important milestone in our mission to provide advanced industrial gas solutions that support sustainable production and business growth.
The system was designed using advanced VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen technology tailored for glass furnace combustion. The plant delivers a rated oxygen output of 600 Nm³/h at a purity level above 93%, with outlet pressure consistently maintained above 0.4 MPaG. The technology combines low energy consumption, stable output, and high automation, ensuring a reliable and efficient supply of oxygen for the customer’s operations.
Despite the challenges of cross-border war conflict and complex on-site conditions, the project progressed smoothly and swiftly. Installation was completed in 60 days, and commissioning in 7 days.
The VPSA system is now running smoothly, providing Deli-JW with a cost-effective oxygen supply that increases gas supply reliability. By producing oxygen on-site compared to purchased liquid oxygen, the system is projected to reduce the client’s annual production costs by over USD 1.4 million, significantly enhancing competitiveness and supporting sustainable operational growth.
The successful delivery of this project further underscores LifenGas’s reputation for technical expertise, execution excellence, and customer commitment in the global gas industry. It also stands as another benchmark showcasing excellent overseas customer service.
