Highlights:
1、LifenGas's self-developed helium recovery system has entered the pan-semiconductor industry for the first time, achieving a breakthrough in high-end application.
2、The system can produce 8N ultra-pure helium with over 95% recovery rate .
3、The solution reduces reliance on imported helium, lowering costs and supporting sustainable manufacturing.
LifenGas has been awarded a helium recovery system project in the pan-semiconductor industry. This project marks the first application of the company's self-developed helium recovery technology in the semiconductor field, providing customers with a reliable solution for the efficient recycling of this scarce resource.
The system employs an integrated process combining hydrocarbon-oxygen catalytic reaction, adsorption, and cryogenic purification. Feed gas undergoes multiple stages—including wash pretreatment, compression, adsorption, purification, distillation, and low-temperature adsorption—to consistently produce ultra-high-purity helium with a purity level of up to 8N. The system can achieve a recovery rate exceeding 95%, demonstrating excellent performance in both purity and efficiency.
Helium is an indispensable gas in semiconductor manufacturing, with its supply stability and cost being major industry concerns. The successful deployment of this recovery system will significantly reduce semiconductor manufacturers' reliance on imported helium, helping them optimize production costs. It also reflects the growing adoption of circular economy and green manufacturing principles within high-tech industries.
This project underscores LifenGas's technical expertise and innovation capabilities in gas separation and purification. Moving forward, the company remains committed to the research and application of industrial gas and electronic specialty gas recycling technologies, delivering efficient and sustainable gas solutions to a broader range of customers.
