The Qinghai Mangya 60,000 m3/day associated gas liquefaction project achieved one-time commissioning and liquid production on July 7, 2024!
This project is located in Mangya City, Qinghai Province. The gas source is petroleum-associated gas with a daily processing capacity of 60,000 cubic meters. The supplier is providing a comprehensive turnkey contracting service for the project, covering aspects such as engineering, procurement, module manufacturing and commissioning. Currently, all technical indicators during the liquid discharge process are within design specifications. Product quality remains stable and system parameters are operating within normal ranges.
This project utilizes a proprietary liquefaction process package and a large number of standardized modular designs. The design, procurement and fabrication of the entire solution adheres to standardized configurations. The standard process units are pre-assembled by the manufacturer into skid-mounted modules and then integrally installed at the site. Overall equipment linkage testing is performed directly at the site. This approach significantly shortens the project schedule and reduces construction costs, enabling customers to achieve the most stable returns in the shortest possible time.
