Cryogenic low-purity oxygen-enriched air separation unit (ASU) utilizes low-temperature separation technology to extract oxygen and nitrogen from the air through compression, cooling, and distillation processes, which is critical in oxygen enhanced combustion. These systems can produce low-purity oxygen adjustable between 80% and 93%, while simultaneously generating high-purity oxygen (99.6%), high-purity nitrogen (99.999%), instrument air, compressed air, liquid oxygen, liquid nitrogen, and other products. They are widely applicable across non-ferrous metal smelting, precious metal recovery, glass manufacturing, energy, and chemical industries.

Key advantages of this cryogenic low-purity oxygen solution include multi-product output, lower noise levels—especially in low-frequency ranges—and operational flexibility ranging from 75% to 105%, extendable to 25%–105% with dual compressor configuration. With a single-unit capacity of up to 100,000 Nm³/h, it offers 30% lower capital expenditure and 10% smaller footprint than VPSA systems of equivalent capacity, alongside reduced operating and maintenance costs.

Since its launch in July 2024, the system has achieved over 8,400 hours of continuous stable operation, consistently maintaining oxygen purity between 80% and 90%, while reducing comprehensive energy consumption by 6%~8% compared to traditional air separation systems—truly achieving efficient and low-carbon operation.
